”Too much construction occurring around the property. Also the rooftop area is covered in bird poop. Under the rooftop there is a pile of trash all over the place. Place was nice but having shampoo and body wash on the floor is not acceptable. Owner didn’t mention that key wasn’t even on site and that almost got locked out every night”

The host did not respond to any messages before or during our stay when we tried to address several concerns. At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified. ”Host was welcoming & amenities mostly in good condition. I would recommend the following improvements for next guests: fix shower tap hanging off wall, provide more towels & they should be bigger & thicker. Provide faceclothes and more than 1 drying cloth & dish cloth. Provide fitted sheets that actually fit the pull out sofa & perhaps upgrade the sofa mattress to be thicker.
