Located on the 2nd floor only accessible by stairs, our unit is perfect for couples looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. It is located in the lively Le Plateau neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city. It is also a short walk to Mount Royal Park, where you can enjoy stunning views of the city and go for hikes, bike rides, or picnics.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit.

Our unit is equipped with one comfortable mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, one spacious bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats. The unit is cozy and inviting. You'll feel like you're staying in a friend's apartment.

You will be in the heart of Le Plateau, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Le Plateau has it all just steps away. Mount Royal Park is also a great place to explore, with hiking trails, bike paths, and picnic areas.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily. Please feel free to be in touch so I can ensure your trip goes as smoothly as possible.

All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.

Unit Access:
• Complete access to all areas of the apartment.

Parking Access:
• Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we DO NOT PROVIDE a parking space, there are several public pay parking lots nearby. We suggest using the ClickNPark app to reserve parking in advance.

Transportation Access:
• TAXI: Uber is the most affordable and quickest way to get anywhere from the airport. Your driver will pick you up from the departure level.

• BUSES: Head to Mont-Royal Station to catch the orange line (7 min walk).

Other things to note:

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

• Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups.

Looks nice, lacks attention to details & communication

As independent owner / operators of VRBO properties ourselves, we take the review process very seriously. With that in mind... The apartment is a recent renovation in a wonderful location. The apartment is clean and stocked with ample, but low quality bath linens. The only air conditioning vent is in the living room, resulting in the coolest the bedroom got for our humid mid-August stay was 28C(82F). One of the reasons we love Montreal is enjoying the local cuisine at our convenience. It's hard to enjoy a St. Viateur Bagel when the apartment lacks a single knife to slice a bagel with. Instead of toasting the bagel in the toaster provided, you can tear off cold chunks of it and dip it in your cream cheese. When you get home from a night out with with poutine from La Banquise, just remember Den Stays thinks it's romantic if you share the 1x fork in the apartment. We expressed these concerns to Den Stays, our email went unanswered for 10 days. When we emailed them again, they offered weak platitudes and only when pressed admitted that they need a quality control system in place. One would imagine it's hard for Den Stays to have operated 54 apartments in Montreal to date and not have a quality control plan in place for their guests. Overall the apartment is nice if you ignore the details and would like to help an investment fund contribute to the housing crisis.

Too many stairs, too little time 🤣

We’ve been high school buddies for 55 years and we 70 years old. The place was great, comfortable and all of the activities we were planning to do were within blocks blocks of what we wanted. At age 70 however, the 39 steps were impossible without the help of Alex who works with your organization who availed himself and made our trip most complete. Just one note Siri was the code luck this out an hour before 11 AM on checkout which could’ve led to a very difficult situation for older people. Other than that, we would be happy to come back again and I’m we will when you install the electric stair chair….lol. Actually the exercise on my artificial titanium knees was great and I feel more rejuvenated and younger so you don’t have to install the electric stair chair. Will be back!
