”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. ”Very nice hotel and lovely breakfast too. We were with a toddler so cautious about the noise as there were many reviews about high noise level. When we close the windows, it didn’t bother us. It’s so close to many good restaurants and attractions. So we loved it.”

”Great stay at hotel as it a good base for sightseeing Harrogate and other places, short walk into Harrogate and buses run very frequently. Hotel windows could do with nets or blinds and the wind whistled all one night through the window vent. My mattress sagged a bit in the middle and had two lights not working on arrival. On the whole we were happy with our stay and would probably go back.”

”Newly refurbished and nicely done. Overall the hotel is a 5 out of 5. Breakfast used good quality ingredients, but staff were overwhelmed at what was clearly a peak time- hash browns still frozen solid in the middle and most other items cold. Unhelpful lady on Sunday morning too- I asked where the eggs were and was told they were "over there" when they clearly weren't. It would have taken her 2 extra seconds to help. Maybe just a bad day. Also parking isn't really an option as advertised....

”The Hotel is made to be budget not having the Shower and WC all in one room.. to seemingly create a more difficult situation for people staying lol.. does not make sense as it would have been simpler just to create two stud walls and combine everything to make a shower room with basin and toilet !”

”There was nothing unique about this hotel, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. I would warn people with disabilities about access issues at the front of the property, there are several stairs to climb and no ramp. To be fair, if you can arrive/enter at the back entrance, it's mainly on the flat, so I'd recommend this as the best option.
