Prince Rupert on ainutlaatuinen 5 makuuhuoneen talo, joka nukkuu 12 yksityisellä tilalla Yorkin ja Harrogaten välissä. Se on ihanteellinen paikkakuntajuhliin ja perheryhmiin. Sinulla on ainutlaatuinen kokemus asumisesta historiallisen Yorkshiren talon länsi-siipissä - kartanolla, jolla on kauniit rauhalliset puutarhat, jaettu uima-allas, tenniskenttä ja kroketti nurmikko sekä monia nautittavaa polkua. Keittiössä on hyvin liesi, mikroaaltouuni, kaksinkertainen jääkaappi ja erillinen pakastin sekä Tassimo-kahvinkeitin. Keittiön vieressä on hyvän kokoinen kodinhoitohuone, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä lisävarasto.

Erillinen ruokasali paikkaa 12. Tilaa kotitekoinen ateria, joka sopii täydellisesti päivän käymisen jälkeen nurmilla tai neljä ruokalajin valikkoa voidaan toimittaa tuohon erityistilaisuuteen käyttämällä kaikkia paikallisesti tuotettuja tuotteita. Esimerkkivalikko on saatavana pyynnöstä.

Tilavassa olohuoneessa on suuri puuhella ja ranskalaiset ikkunat johtavat suljettuun länteen päin olevaan puutarhaan, jossa on grilli ja istuimet.

Niille, jotka ovat vähemmän liikkuvia, on alakerran kylpyhuone suihkulla. Sen vieressä on kahden hengen huone, johon pääsee etuovesta ilman mitään askelia.

Vuodenaikoina vieraat ovat myös käyttäneet 15 metrin ulkouima-allasta, ruohontenniskenttää ja kroketti nurmikkoa. Kartanon laajat puutarhat ja tontit ovat ilahduttavia, jopa talvella.

Etuoven vieressä on oma pysäköintialue.

Täydellinen tukikohta, joka sijaitsee kätevästi aivan A59: n vieressä, 15 minuutin päässä A1: ltä, josta voi tutustua kaikkiin Pohjois-Yorkshireen tarjottaviin kohteisiin, olipa kyse sitten keskiaikaisesta Yorkin kaupungista vain 8 mailin päässä (pysäköidä ja aja 10 minuutin päässä). kylpyläkaupunki Harrogate tai vilkas kaupunki Leeds. Jos maaseutu vetoaa, North York Moors ja Yorkshire Dalesin kansallispuisto ovat lähellä. Tai vain selata kartanopuutarhoja tutkimalla pientä 1700-luvun kappeliä menemälläsi.

Family half term break

10 members from 2 families had a wonderful half term break . The accommodation was very spacious as was the outside area with a heated swimming pool ,tennis court and croquet lawn and garden area .It was the perfect place to explore the surrounding area and then come back for us all to play tennis or have a swim . We were all able to relax helped by the lovely gardens . Thank you .

Lovely place with great facilities

Lovely spacious property. The surroundings are so peaceful. We loved having the horses all around. The croquet and the swimming pool were great and so good to have them on site. Really close to York and lots of things to do. The hosts were very quick to answer questions, show us where we could play football and cricket and provide us with things we needed for the house. Wonderful family holiday

My whole family enjoyed their stay. The pool was a big hit, as was the tennis court, and croquet lawn. Facilities were excellent, friendly owners who went above and beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend and plan on another visit.

Great property

Prince Rupert House is a very beautiful house on a country estate. It has an outdoor pool which our grandchildren loved. Also croquet, tennis court and lots of walks. We had no issues with the house … it slept 10 comfortably and would accommodate 12. Great place to go and relax. 25 minutes from York and 30 minutes from Harrogate. All in all a lovely time together as a family. No complains at all. I can heartily recommended this place. They also have smaller properties too.

Great stay

Just stayed for a week in August and had a great time. The house is very nice inside with good size rooms and bathrooms. In a lovely quiet spot which is great for walks. There is also the use of a good size pool. Good location to visit the surroundings areas in Yorkshire. The owners were also very helpful and assisted us with all our queries. Recommend.

Family holiday

Prince Rupert House is just an amazing propety. We thoroughly enjoyed our special family holiday together, and our newly born grandson arrived in time to join us too! Our grandchildren, aged 19mths to 7, loved the space for running around, secure garden for us, outdoor swimming pool used every day, great fun and such a relaxng time for us all. We hired a hot tub and so pleased we did for our stay. The house was perfect in every way, and so was our family holuday.

Family stay of 4 generations 90 yrs apart

Wonderful property. Spacious and comfortablewith excellent facilities. Extremly well equiped even the barbaque is very big. The swimming pool is fantasic with a good shallow end and a very good size for a proper swim. Property owners lovely and quick respond to any quires. It is in some senses remote although close to York and surroung areas.

Weekend away for friends 50th Birthday Celebrations

We had a fab weekend staying in Prince Rupert House all 11 of us for our friends 50th Birthday,Nothing was too much bother for the hosts, house was absolutely amazing, rooms immaculate,and beds so comfy.The Swimming pool was an added bonus especially as the had glorious weather,only downside was we had to come home,definitely recommend this property 100%.

Enjoyable retreat

Enjoyed the spacious house and the amenities , the kids and younger adults enjoyed the pool although it was only 18 deg outside and a bit windy, good list of local eateries all were good. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the city but also only 10-15 minutes car drive away. Park and ride close by also. Enjoyed our family get together.

Excellent weekend with friends

Stayed with 10 friends on a stag weekend. The property and grounds are beautiful and steeped in history. A bit out of the way, but if you have a car, it's not too far to get into York and see the sights. Amazing for stargazing on a clear night. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating. Nice comfy beds. Showering in the bath took a bit of getting used to but we managed! A note for any disabled guests: there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor but there is a step to get into the shower and there are no handrails. This ended up not mattering to us as the member of our party who used a wheelchair was unable to make it. Overall, a lovely weekend. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

The house and grounds are gorgeous and the amenities are rich for both adults and children. We stayed for a week, visiting the local area and such wonderful places as York, Knaresborough and Harrogate. I would highly recommend a stay!

Fantastic Stay

This was such a great location and a beautiful estate to stay on. My two children loved the pool which was a great temperature even though it was early summer/late spring. Lucy and the rest of the team were fantastic hosts: very quick responses to all my questions. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a getaway in Yorkshire.

Prince Rupert house was the perfect venue for a large family get together. The house itself is spacious and well equipped as well as being set in a peaceful rural location which is still within easy reach of York and other locations.
