”This is a lovely farmhouse bed & breakfast, Janet (farmers wife) made tasty breakfasts with options to suit everyone's taste. We had fresh milk when we needed it for in room drinks and were able to get ice for evening drinks. One word of advise, this not a hotel so don't expect hotel services. Would I stay there again, yes most definately.”

”Staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service and deal with queries, all of them, and we spoke to about six during our 3 night stay. Wi-Fi was a problem however, partly due to local geography. Would it not be simple just to put in an ID and a password which could be contained in room info? Breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant but it was a surprise not to have a "help yourself" area with cereal, yoghourt, fruit and juices for those who do not want a cooked breakfast. I...

”Clean room. Helpful staff. A lot of road noise in rooms at the front but peaceful with lovely views for rooms at the back of the hotel. Good buffet breakfast with gluten free options on request.”

”Room very clean & tidy looks like a recent refurbish which was very well done , the only thing was the mattresses could do with renewing , which is the only negative thing to say about our stay was able to help ourselves to tea ,coffee etc when needed . Could not ask for better staff , nothing to much trouble for them to do , very good choice for breakfast , never went out hungry also very good menu all round with a good choice of drinks at the bar , will definitely stay again and would highly...

”Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. ”There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark.”

”All staff interfaced with were fantastic and could not have been more helpful. The location of the Burley Inn is perfect to explore the New Forest,Christchurch and other coastal resorts. The bar is very well stocked and the food at breakfast is very good.Lunch and evening meals are also of a high standard.”

Hotel needs a mega upgrade , but for the price it was o.k. Bed's where good to sleep in ,could have done with an extra Pillow . Is a very low budget Hotel .”
