”We arrived at 10:30 pm and there was 4 people waiting to check in before us. It took about 25 min, but once in the room was clean and nice. We had a short stay so did not see much of hotel other than our room.”

”We have been staying in this hotel several times when traveling to Chicago. Nice and quite place to stay. This time, we were first given a room on the first floor, next to the bar and swimming pool. It was very loud. We were then asked to move to an upper-level room and the front desk then changed the room. ”
