”We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. Continental breakfast was served promptly at 8 am and the addition of fresh strawberries and blueberries was a definite plus! Check in / check out was swift and efficient. All, Everything is Wonderful, one of the Best places I've ever stayed in & I travel a lot ! Immaculately spotless whites, bright, light, clean, fresh, usually quiet with shared kitchen & ensuites, fridges & fans in rooms + TVs, sinks, kettle s, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, body & hair wash, hairdryers, towels, bedding, chairs, desks, free safe parking, within short walking distance...

”This is the best stay I have had away from home. The host was so welcoming, it was like visiting a close friend. Well taken care of. I was in Shrewbury for a Triathlon, and had to be taken to hospital. The host took in my bike from UK Triathlon who delivered it to help me. Breakfast was brililant. And the room was MASSIVE. More than just and B&B”

”Gorgeous hotel with a really quaint old world feel. Really genourous room facilities. I would have preferred a bath to a shower but I wasn’t given the option at booking. Staff all really pleasant and helpful.”

”I had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Mark was an excellent host. The breakfast was superb and the rooms are immaculate. The location is very peaceful with safe parking for vans etc. There are 2 good pubs local for evening meals etc. Overall a fantastic place and I will definitely return.”
