”Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)”

”So crowded that it toook you like 20 min to get an elevator in the morning. No place to sit or take a call in the lobby because it was full of travelers suitcases. Breakfast was also below average and always so crowded that it was hard to get anything to eat or for example toast your bread. ”

”The entire building was under construction and this was not noted before booking. Business room, gym, restaurant etc were all unable to be used. My husband had to conduct business in the hallway. Many of the floors were under construction and it looked bad. There was no room service and we felt like we should have stayed at a cheap hotel for the price we paid. ”

Every staff member was kind, respectful and very helpful. We needed a wheelchair rental, and immediately had options from the Reception Staff. And getting a taxi from the hotel took minutes with their help too.”
