”The studio apartment is homey, clean and has everything you need. Great location. We were able to park the car and walk to a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”The perfect weekend getaway even when the weather can’t decide what to do! We came here for our 45th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The bed was comfy, the scenery was beautiful, the wildlife was phenomenal, the apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, it was clean and quiet. We got a neighbor upstairs, but that was all good too. We coexisted nicely and there was plenty of space for all of us outside. The neighborhood is nice for walks and fun bike rides too! Close...

”Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back .”

”Conveniently located out near the beach. Drive into Charleston was quick and easy. Enjoyed watching the tides come and go on the marsh. Inside was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Would stay again!”

”This property was amazing! I chose it mostly for the beautiful kitchen but the location was a great coincidence (only a few blocks from King Street). We planned on cooking a feast during our stay there and the pictures showed a very well equipped kitchen and a charcoal grill. However we did have some issues with the gas stove (had some difficulty getting the flame to turn on again after we turned it off) and the grill's lighter was out of fluid and there was no scrubber to clean it before we...

”Great time in Charleston. Listing was cozy and comfortable. Location wasn’t in the “fancy” Charleston district but overall a quiet and pleasant stay. About 5-10 minutes from grocery stores and around 20-25 from beaches (Isle of Palms was wonderful) 100% would recommend staying here to any of my friends.”

”The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay.”

”Fabulous long weekend at this charming home! Location was great - very walkable to neighborhood restaurants and shops, including King Street. The home had everything we needed and was perfectly set-up. Having a private yard was a bonus. The concierge team was super helpful and accessible, even when we had questions at 9:00 pm on a Friday! Would definitely come back!”

”The condo was just as advertised, bright, spacious and clean. The neighborhood was great with a local coffeehouse and convenience store steps from the front door. The condo was 2 minutes to the interstate and a 5-minute drive to all that King and Meeting streets had to offer. Excellent staff, location and experience. I will book again with friends that my wife and I travel with several times a year.”
