âRoom was excellent, except for cold shower. I have never stayed in any resort or hotel where the shower would not get warm no matter how long you left it on. Otherwise , room was very nice. â

âThe staff deserves a huge shout out. Car pick up by calet. Bags taken to our room while we were out on a carriage ride. Returned to our room found a complimentary bottle of persecco spotless very comfortable room. Car delivered to door and bags loaded all without a hitch.
Excellent stay at this very centrally located hotel. â

âAbsolutely stunning! We were greeted by name every where we went. Complete white glove service from valet to check in. We received a free upgrade to their new King reimagined room and wow! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.â

âWelcoming staff with a complimentary breakfast to begin each day of your stay, along with a wine and cheese reception overlooking the city while you decide which restaurant you want to go to for dinner. The room was cozy and tastefully decorated. Excellent location for walking around the city.â
