”Visited the Blu Palm to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We have stayed in Wild Dunes on previous visits to IOP; however, this was the cleanest and most well appointed property to date. Morgan was excellent in her correspondence and response times prior to our visit which made everything seamless. Would definitely visit again should we come back.”

”We loved our stay at Wild Dunes. The house was cozy and clean and the view was great. We could walk right out to the beach and watch the sunrise, or relax on the deck with a cocktail while the girls (9 and 11) played on the sand. I wish the fireplace was a working fireplace and the space could benefit from some beach items (towels, chairs, boogie board, buckets) as we did not think to cart all those things with us from Chicago, but we ended up buying a few items for our stay. ”The villa is on the top floor of Windswept with easy access via elevator. There is a new handicap ramp as well.Upon entering the lovely foyer, your eyes are drawn immediately to the ocean view out the back windows off the dining and living areas. There is a sliding door to a small covered porch with a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed watching the deer munching on the dunes with coffee in the morning and evening. ”This rental experience was terrific. Booking, check-in/check-out were easy, and communications with the rental company were clear and timely. The condo was immaculate, and things we have come to think of as “extras” were provided, such as hand soap and garbage bags. The condo includes everything a guest would need, but not a lot of clutter that you don’t. We would stay here again on a future trip to Kiawah! ”

”My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Kiawah Island, in large part due to our stay in Jennifer’s lovely home. The condo was clean, well appointed, and with plenty of space for 4 adults. We loved the balcony and proximity to the beach. We felt very safe and rested really well. We would absolutely come back to Jennifer’s home, and I’m sure you will feel the same!”

”Loved the week at BayPointe. Susan Osteen was delightful to work with. Very beautifully decorated with two lovely porches that welcome the marsh breeze. We have vacationed on Seabrook and are former owners at BayPoint...it just can't be beat! The private pool at BayPointe is lovely and never crowded and situated with a beautiful view of the marsh and Bohicket River. The dock is also fun for the little ones to do some fishing!”
