”Incredibly clean, private property. Proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants is wonderful. The rooms offer private doors so that each bedroom (and living space) can close the door for privacy which is wonderful for families with different bedtimes, sleep schedules, etc. ”

”We had a fantastic time! We were in town for the Laguna Seca Indycar race. Condo is nice, clean and updated with a parking place right at the bottom of the stairs. This is our first time to the area. Upon arrival we thought the neighborhood looked a little run down. But it turns out the entire town & Monterey look like this (must be continued sea air hitting everything). We felt safe and were happy with the location. Loved the view of the ocean. ”We have been visiting Seascape Resort as a family for years, and each time we stay at a different unit. This unit is by far our favorite. The decor is elegant and updated, and there is plenty of space and storage for everyone to spread out. I would suggest including some beach toys, or chairs so that guests can use those while they stay, and a few more kitchen items (large bowls, cooking dishes, seasonings), but other than that we are very happy with our stay. ”

”The apartment was light, bright and clean. We liked the paint scheme and many large clean windows. The record player was fun. Super close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.We have grown accustomed to 11am checkouts at other places. The 10 am checkout surprised us because we didn't look at the checkout instructions until the morning of. So we had to scramble a little bit.”
