The hotel have nice guide that take u to recommended places for SPA, shopping, wine farms, castles, gourmet food n drinks. NB! The people that do the cleaning at the room, are creative workers. My family always come back ”

”We had an absolutely beautiful, spacious corner room with huge windows, big bathroom with a window too and a lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a little table. Loved it! The restaurant and loggia had a lovely atmosphere and the dinner we had there was fantastic. Daniele fulfilled all our requests. We hope to return to this picturesque medieval town some day and would definitely stay in this charming hotel again.”

”The room was very small and modest without any view. It did not match the description given from it at the web page. Voices could be heard from upstairs clearly. Breakfast was nice but the diningroom was noicy, there is a need for decoration in order to reduce reverberation. The location was a bit difficult without a car even the bus connection to Bologna worked well. Calzavecchio as a small town was reposeful with nice local restaurants.”

”We liked the room and the every day cleaning. The staff was always helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious.The only disappointment was the package of sandwiches to take with on our final morning. We had an early flight so we couldn't have brakfast even though it was paid. I'm sure you could have done better than 2 slices of toast!”
