”Heather at the front desk was overly helpful. The only issue we had was trying to change info on the reservation. Your legal given name is supposed to be used for bookings and not nicknames. It was a bit of a pain trying to change it but, like I said hotel super awesome!”

”I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic.
I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.”
