”Shuttle stops at 5pm. So have to get an uber, lyft, or taxi if you have a flight get in after 5. But easy to get to. ”

”Do not stay here! We arrived to check in and were greeted by multiple Police cars there to conduct a drug bust. We asked the Police if this was still a decent place to stay. They replied, "No we would not let our families stay here." They gave us a significantly better option down the road.”

”our room was okay, The bathroom needs a lot of attention. The room itself was alright but way over priced the breakfast area was very cramped and had a poor selection for food especially for the price that you were paying for the stay per night”

”We booked here for an overnight stay. The room was clean, bathroom was clean. It was better than I expected. They had breakfast the next morning in the lobby with a variation of different items (pastries, bagels, hot food, like sausage patties and links, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, juices, coffee, tea, fruit and yogurt). Nice affordable price and a clean stay which was appreciated on my brief stay in Sanford.”

”The parking lot is close to rooms. Check in instructions are detailed with code for self check-in. Room and bathroom were clean and well stocked including a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.”

”Absolutely charming, nostalgic mom’n’pop hotel. Right in the river. We sat, drank our coffee, and watched the boats pass from our porch. The room wasn’t large but wasn’t small either. It’s an older property but the room was neat, clean, and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable and we had no problems at all. Ms Carol and the staff were warm and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Perfectly out of the way and peaceful but with plenty of options for enjoying the river. We’ll be back!”

”Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

”Comfortable and convenient - would NOT stay here again, would spend the extra $20 -$30 to stay elsewhere. Breakfast = carbs, and no fruit. Which is breakfast, but for the price have seen better.”
