”We booked this hotel because they had a junior suite room with a couch and the room itself was nice. I have no complaints there. The hotel though was not great. There was very limited “lobby” space and it didn’t seem like it was used at all. The restaurant was closed for renovation and the pool closed at 7 so if you wanted to hang out outside your room there were no real options. The gym was very limited and both ellipticals sounded broken. (Although they worked). Again - the room was good - but...

”Not a family friendly hotel though my family had a great time. Forgot that there are two clubs below. Couldn’t use the pool because of private party and pool times for kids to use were 8am-10am them 6pm-8pm. Otherwise a super cool hotel and great area.”

”Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)”

”Five star hotel without the luxury, unfotunately. Although our room was maybe the best I’ve ever been in any hotel anywhere with large balcony, small kitchen and a walk-in closet everything in it was quite worn out and far from luxury. This feeling was encahnced by the lack of maintenanc: our room wasn’t fully cleaned before our fourth day of staying! Same applied for the gym, floor was covered in dust for three days in a row. This combined with the rather noisy, crowded and uninspired location...
