The units themselves were nice, but there was a pervasive must and moldy smell in one of our rooms, which is the reason we took off a few stars. ”In the 9 days I was there housekeeping only came in one time. (I requested maid service 2 days in a row and no one came.) I ran out of towels and had to go to the front desk to get one. No one answered the phone when I called the front desk from my room. The shower head was hanging out of the wall. Everything from carpet to paint needs to be replaced in the hotel. The pictures of the hotel lobby deceive you into thinking the whole place is nice. Not true! When I checked out the clerk...

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a cabin with no refrigerator and needed to keep medicines cold. They loaned us a cooler at no extra charge, big enough for meds and sandwich meats. The a/c was cold but not blowing, and they changed it out at 9:00 at night. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.”
