”Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

”There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. One of the 3 pillows had burn holes in the pillowcase and another had blue ink all over it. The bed want lined up with the headboard (which was mounted to the wall and not attached to the bed). ”This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast area is well kept and there is a pancake machine! The front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful. They made my puppy and me feel very welcome. ”

”Our stay at this Quality Inn was overall much better than another hotel we had previously booked in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent — close to restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. ”My room was not fit to be used. Terrible patch work on the wall as well as a rotten subfloor right next to the window that they tried to cover up which was also right by the heating unit. What made it more disturbing is that I was on the 3rd floor of this hotel. 100% will never even consider staying at this hotel. ”

”Its an older hotel and could use some remodeling but overall room was clean. We reserved a king room however when we got there it was not available due to previous guest damaging the room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience but they were able to get us in a queen room on first floor which worked out since we had our yorkie and morkie. Overall a good visit. ”
