”Check in was a breeze. Lobby had a really pretty water fall. Clean. Friendly staff. Hotel was quiet even though there were numerous other people. Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was amazing!! Nice and hot. Clean towels by the pool. Room was updated. Clean comfy beds. ”
”My adult daughter and I planned a quick 2 night trip to Mall of America which is only 15 minutes away from the hotel.
I loved the friendliness of the staff. It was right next to Cracker Barrel, so that was nice too.
The A/C worked great too.
On the con side it could use an update for example the paint can use an update in the bathroom.
I would stay here again, we felt safe and welcomed.
PS if you are short like me (5’1”) the beds in our room are high. I travel with a little step for beds...

”I stayed over the course of two weeks, and the front desk was so helpful each time I had to re-book to extend. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate me.
Nice room, quiet and clean. Comfy bed, nice sheets and 4 hove pillows on each bed with varying softnesses. Great water pressure in the shower. Used the laundry (free) which was so convenient. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Fresh fruit, and 3 different types of hot coffees! It truly felt like a home away from home. ”

”Place was great. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Only thing that was bad was a group of young boys taking over most of the pool roughhousing and the parents did nothing about it. ”
