”Thin walls. Could hear every footstep in the hall during the night and neighbors. Made it hard to sleep. Everything was clean and well maintained, no other issue aside from the thin walls. ”

”This hotel was adequate. Very average. Nothing really good or bad to report.”

”Hot tub, the main reason for us staying in a hotel with a pool and hot tub, was not working so that was disappointing. Room was clean but you can tell is aging. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Front desk clerk at checkout was very friendly. ”

”We arrived two days after a big snowstorm. We stayed there three nights. During the entire time the parking lot, including the handicap spots and loading area near the front door were completely caked with ice. It’s unbelievable to me that they would expose themselves to that liability and never take care of it. I contacted staff and they said that they had a lousy snow removal contractor. But nobody made any attempt to clear the ice that had been there for five days by the time we checked out.”

”Not everyday you see a hotel that's both fancy and ratty at the same time. Had all of the essentials though, and I've gotten smaller rooms for nearly twice what I paid here. It does the job for a damn good price. Just don't look too closely at anything and you'll be fine. ”

”The hotel was neat and well-kept. The bed was super comfy, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.”

”You could go across Burnsville Pkwy to a gas station for snacks. Otherwise you could go the other way along Aldrich Ave to get to Denny’s or Clive’s Roadhouse. (There just wasn’t much inside the hotel for options.) The room itself was okay, but the floor felt cold because it was wood and I had just turned up the heat when I entered the room. (I did notice the bottom dresser drawer by the fridge had duct tape on it.) But the room was clean.”

”The room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was no smoke detector in the room. Sink facuet had no hot water coming out of it. Windows were screwed shut with wood screws. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. ”

”The breakfast offered is very minimal. Pkgs of coffee cakes, donuts and honeybuns. Coffee and hot chocolate. That’s it. Eat up! 😃”

”Rooms are not as described. Someone before us dumped something nasty down the sink and nobody cleaned it up. Dirty. ”

”The entrance was a handicap stall. When I went from the entrance there were smokers standing around. Guestroom floors were linoleum. ”

”THE PLACE ADVERTISES A GAME ROOM, THERE IS NO GAME ROOM! And the place stinks the light fixtures were broken the heat didn’t work properly there were no towels in the pool area and the breakfast gravy was cold ”

”This hotel was awful. There were no microwave or refrigerator in the room. People were noisey and loud. I was scared to go to sleep. There was a man sitting on the floor at the end of the hallway with no shirt on. The customers look like they on drugs. I smelled marijuana in the hallways. The next morning when I was trying to leave there were police everywhere on the premises. I felt unsafe the whole time. ”
