”I called three times to confirm early check-in and got the virtual assistant and when transferred it said service provider is no longer available. We were never told there was a $40 charge for early check-in. Staff didn’t tell us where our room was or where there was an elevator. The beds were horrible!”

”The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

”The breakfast was very disappointing, it only consisted of coffee, hot water, hot chocolate, duchess honey bun, and duchess frosted donuts. Very disappointed. ”

”The hotel and the room were so clean. The bed was just fine. Coffee in the morning was hot. I didn’t mind that the room decor was a little dated. It was an excellent choice for a budget stay.”

Kaiken lisäksi hotellista löytyi mm. pesukone, kuivausrumpu, ulkogrillit terassilla, huoneen numerot ym. pistekirjoituksella, hyvät ja ilmaiset parkkitilat, loistavan kokoiset huoneet (ainakin tuo One Bedroom Suite Two Doubles, NonSmoking).”

”Really basic hotel. Clean shower, bed was nice. The receptionist didn't even bother to greet us upon arrival. They must not get a lot of international guests as they kept on asking for local phone number and address. At the time of departure, they were only concerned about the shuttle bus, no questions on our stay. The woman maintaining the breakfast area was really nice. Shuttle bus to the airport was a good bonus. ”
