âThe staff I experienced was overall phenomenal but the property condition was horrific. Everything was dirty and slapped together with little care for quality. The whole property outside was covered in trash and thereâs a homeless camp in the back. People were sleeping in their car in the parking lot and sending their kids in to let them in the locked doors. It was a lot of money to spend on such a trashy place. The elevator not working was a major inconvenience especially since Iâm disabled and...

âI think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. â
