We loved having a keyl ess entry. The shades at the expansive windows are so much better than vertical blinds, although who wants to block out the beautiful view. We had a very minor issue that was quickly resolved by the realty company. We had wonderful dining in Murrell's Inlet with my favorite meal at Mojo's. We had a lovely relaxing vacation.

The only downfall was that one ocean place installed a new system for the gates to enter the condo parking area which worked when it wanted to. The system for the gates to get to the pool and ocean just aggravating. I understand the reason why they were installed but there has to be an easier way to enter and exit these areas.

Many wonderful family memories have been made through the years at 1102 One Ocean Place.

Your paperwork stated that you can rebook if you make a deposit before you leave and have the unit for the next year. I called and was told the computer was down-called again and was told the week was blocked I received a call saying someone would call me on Saturday-it’s Monday still no call. I’ve rented beach properties for 30 years and no one operates like that other places give owners/renters till the end of the year to decide which weeks are available not leave a deposit and you can have it next year only to find that isn’t the case and to make things all better you get a seashell in a gift bag and a thanks for renting card-really.

It was great to have 2 bigger beds instead of the twins in most units. The mattresses were really comfortable. Got to love the walk in showers instead of the tubs you have to climb over in other units. I don’t cook on vacation but I must say the kitchen was beautiful. The patio furniture was exceptionally nice too and last but not least-what a view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been vacationing in Garden City Beach for 12 years and this was the first time staying at One Ocean Place. I liked that there was security and private parking. The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had all the comforts of home. The only thing I would add is a tv in the second bedroom. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We enjoyed our time at the beach. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely rent this condo again. The new owners did an amazing job renovating it.

When we walked into it, it was spotless and smelled great.The showers are big enough to accommodate a large man without feeling closed in. The kitchen has everything you need. Ocean view is great from the inside and on the spacious balcony.

The people at Garden City Realty were the best. We are trying to negotiate a 3-bedroom for next year and hope it comes to fruition. This 2-bedroom has everything modern and up-to-date. We love it.
