Lot of young families, kids etc. The last time we went it was senior trip week and about 150-200 teenagers invaded the beach, underage drinking, swearing, loud and obnoxious etc. So I would advise not to go first week in June but I am not sure when the teens won't be there during the summer.

We were disappointed with the delay and process of getting into the condo. We understand there are currently delays for everything now a day. But, we were still expected to be out in time.

Reviewer Comments: Rental property was clean, didn't really have the honor system some properties have where occupants refill basic necessities like trash bags and paper towels and such. Biggest gripe was no early check-in and by early I mean like a half hour, instead we were a half hour late to check-in. Travelled with 3 kids and ended up early after traveling 11 hours, but 330 room wasn't ready. Check in was 4 and ended up checking in at 430. Also have pickup windows to check-in which was odd. But I am basing my experience off when I used Dunes reality where I walked in and walked out with keys and a beach ball.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was an awesome place to stay . The view was basically ocean front and mere feet from the beach . The place was clean and maintained. Only two minor complaints. The patio furniture is incredibly uncomfortable to sit in for any period of time. The kitchen is lacking on cookware. We only had one small skillet and even it had rust on the inside . That being said , I would most definitely recommend this unit . The location, view, and cleanliness were great! They also had a security guard walking around a night which was an added comfort.

However, when we arrived to pick up the keys on Saturday we were told that there was problems with the A/C unit working properly and even though it was working at this time the unit was being replaced on Thursday and we would have to be available to open up for the workers to change it out which would take 4-5 hours. My problem is that if they knew this before we arrived they should have put us in another unit to begin with so that we didn't have to worry about being available and giving up a day of our vacation and taking a chance on not having the air work properly during our stay. Which the air unit froze up the first night and we had to call for a repairman to come out on Sunday evening which ended up taking from 6-10 to get everything taken care of and was told that it should be ok until Thursday but if not call back. The condo itself was very nice and we loved the balcony (even though it was side view it felt like oceanfront because of the angle). We were just disappointed because Garden City Realty should have at least offered us another condo to stay in since they knew the unit we paid good money for was having issues with the A/C unit before we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased overall with our stay here. We loved being just a few steps to the beach. The condo had plenty of room and was clean. We loved having the under condo parking (right at the elevator. We really liked the laundry package. Overall great vacation. As a note: The folks at the check in were great. Easy as pie.

Great condo but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself is great. The problem we had with our stay is the noise coming from the other vacationers. It was very hard to fall asleep at night because of all the NOISE-people running through the halls and people having a party at the pool. Great condo, great access to beach, and clean pool, just the noise.
