And definitely best view in the building.The bathrooms were very dated and carpet in bedrooms. I'm hoping that they will be updated soon, because we would love to stay there again.There are little signs saying that things are cleaned under the beds and such but there was garbage under one of the beds.... not the first time we have experienced that in our stays for the last 3 years at Surf Master.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the property seemed in good condition however, once we moved our things in and we started to notice, broken cabinets, dirty vents, cracked tiles, dirty flooring, the bathrooms smelled like urine and a few other things which were very disappointing. We paid a lot of money to stay here, and were hoping the home would be in a little better condition. The views were amazing and the location was very good. If the Home was to receive a little TLC we would be back.

The bath in the double bedroom had a shower curtain with a little mildew. Blood stains were found on one of the pillows after the case was removed. Also, we had a bad storm with heavy rain and wind. Water came under the entrance door.

The condo is close in proximity to restaurants, stores, pier etc. The best thing by far about the unit is the VIEW! It is absolutely amazing! It's a quick elevator ride to the beach, pool and hot tub which are all very nice and well maintained. A couple of things that could be improved are: the refrigerator makes a very loud noise, the beds are not the most comfortable, bathrooms could use some updating. Overall, the condo is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

There was part of a cookie in the one bathroom on the floor. Beds were horrible. Im guessing they were very old and worn out. One bed had the sheet hanging out on the bottom, as if they had forgotten to make it. We did have a nice view and kitchen, but was very disappointed with the comfort because we had stayed in other units prior to this vacation.

Could have been cleaner

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this same room in 2018. This year it seemed a lot dirtier. The rugs in the hallway were really stained and peeling on one side. Our socks got black just walking on the carpet. The bathroom had the same chipped toilet seat, and the shower curtain and liner were really dirty and needed replacing. I found beard trimmings on the sink in one of the bathrooms. The furniture was blackened and stained(a little Resolve would have probably taken care of it). We won’t be staying in this room again. I like staying at surfmaster because the beach isn’t so crowded, but I will pick a different room next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely decorated and beautiful views however the ROAR of the main air conditioning units below were EXTREMELY LOUD!! No peace and tranquility on this balcony! We had to yell to hear each other! The furniture was visibly dirty. Throw rugs were filthy. Uncomfortable beds throughout. No water pressure in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. Maintenance did however quickly fix a running toilet and a broken exhaust fan in bathrooms. We had to buy ice because the ice maker didn't work well. Some unit owners and the security guard were very rude to us and made comments about "the renters"! We feel for the price we paid things should have been better! The views were spectacular and we did enjoy our week but will not stay in this condo or most likely not in Surfmaster again! Garden City Realty as always is a great rental company!
