    One Ocean Place on täydellinen kohde perheen rantalomalle - 2 allasta, 2 kylpytynnyrit, Undercover pysäköinti, aidatulla sisäänkäynti ja 24 vartiointi.

    Tämä tahraton 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuone tilava (1600 sq. Ft.) Huoneisto tarjoaa upeat näkymät rannalle ja merelle 6. kerros. Makuuhuone on sisustettu king-size-vuode ja on näkymä, jonka avulla voit katsella aamulla aurinko nousee ulos merelle nostamatta pään irti tyyny! Kylpyhuoneessa on iso poreallas ladata akkuja. Makuuhuone # 2 on queen-size-vuode ja makuuhuone # 3 on kalustettu 2 twin-vuodetta. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone (kuningatar kylpyhuoneessa on amme ja suihku) ja kattotuuletin. Jos tarvitset lisää Makuusijat, sohvalla olohuoneessa avautuu queen-size nukkuja. Vauva Pack 'n Play voidaan järjestää myös pyynnöstä.

    Elävästä ja ruokailutilat ovat erittäin siisti, tilava, ja mukava - täydellinen lounging noin jälkeen koko päivän auringossa! The unit was clean and furnished with quality furniture. Updated kitchen and master bath. View is ocean/beach front. Has all the amenities you need except personal items such as phone chargers! Owner was in contact and extremely professional and personable. This unit is a ten out of ten.

Great time!

We once again really enjoyed our stay at One Ocean Place. It is always great to see friends that we have made there over the years. Our condo was perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely easy to work with. In addition, he and his wife made a special effort to meet us on the beach and they also had a surprise welcome gift for us when we arrived. The property was is great shape and the convenience to the beach is always enjoyed.

Highly recommend this condo. It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Bob was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach and pool areas are so clean. The beach chairs with umbrella that were placed on beach early every morning was a bonus. Can’t say enough about this property….book it now!

A lovely stay!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, beach toys and kitchen supplies. The recent upgrades were great! The new washer and dryer came in really handy for us. Bob the owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. We will return in the future!

The host was super accommodating and answered every question. The condo was decorated beautifully and we had so much room . The building was very very clean and secure . I loved the view the pool was very nice . I would book this again in a heartbeat!!! Although we didn’t use the umbrella and chairs that were included in rental it was a great perk. Parking was convenient and accommodating our large suv. Beds were comfortable. There were some necessities like salt and pepper and oil and sugar I should have looked for before I went to store but I left some behind for next guest thank you so much for a beautiful week!!! 607 is way to go!!! We ate at claw house was very good had a seafood boil couldn’t finish it all. Went to Texas Roadhouse excellent and Stella’s for homemade ice cream and California pizza and mellow mushroom!!! All good choices!

Beach Vacation

Condo is absolutely gorgeous! View of beach and ocean from balcony is awesome! Easily accommodated all 8 in family. Working with the owner Bob was great, very responsive and process was easy. Having umbrella and chairs on beach included was really amazing. I cannot say enough about this place, highly recommend, this listing will surpass all expectation! I will be going back again and again! Thx Bob for hospitality!

Amazing Week

Great condo with the most magnificent views. The owners thought of a lot of extras that made this an awesome rental. It was a well maintained condo and we loved the umbrella and chairs every day. The building is safe and it was a family friendly atmosphere. We can't think of any negative other than having to leave. Thanks for the memories! We will be back.

Excellent Accomodations! Excellent Customer Service!

We were thrilled with our accomodations! Everything was as described and pictured. The view from the balcony was magnificent and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. We are now spoiled with the chair & umbrella set up on the beach. It made things so much easier for us. Bob was a pleasure to work with and very responsive! Due to the size of the complex, I had questions about the walk from the unit to the beach. Bob explained it to me and his description was right on. It was quick and easy. I would also note that the complex does not feel nearly as large as it appears in the pictures. We enjoyed nightly firework shows from the balcony. I hope to be booking another stay as soon as possible!

Anniversary Getaway

Wonderful week would sum it up! This property is awesome! Very clean, very comfortable, very nice floor plan, and only a few steps from the sand! We loved waking up to a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony each morning and ending the night on the balcony, listening to the waves. So very relaxing! It is in a very convenient location for walking, shopping and dining. The property is well equipped with everything you need to be “home away from home”! The kitchen, bath, and bedrooms have everything you need to be comfy and relaxed! There is an elevator on the property and also gate key passes to get in or leave, and to also access the pool and the beach, which I loved! We stayed the last week of October 2024, which is our favorite time of year to be at the beach. The weather was beautiful! The owner, Bob Leckie, was awesome! He was very helpful with any questions we had as well as making sure all went smoothly with our arrival and our accommodations. I would highly recommend this property!

Beach week 2022

The place was amazing! Beautifully decorated & clean. Our balcony was huge & we spent most evenings out watching the ocean! Bob was wonderful & we definitely would've to go back!

Excellent Getaway

It was our girls getaway. There were five of us and we all throughly enjoyed the condo. Everything was as stated, very convenient to everything. We will probably book this property again next year.

Great location

Imagine going to sleep with the soothing sound of waves. In the morning relax on the balcony, with your coffee, watching the activity on the beach. This clean condo is very comfortable, located convenient to shopping, Brookgreen Garden, restaurants, and of course the beach. Great communication with the owner also.

Great location for family getaway

Bob was wonderful to work with from renting to checking in and checking out. The property was well stocked with everything you would need for a day on the beach or in the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Unit

The location is excellent and situated in a lovely beach home community. At any time of day, the view of the beach from the unit is gorgeous. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beds were the most comfortable we found compared to any previous vacation rental. As an added bonus, the owners were very friendly and helpful.

Over all great place to stay. Will be going back.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean. I did not have to clean one thing when I went in. Nice to have a beach chair per payed for the week. There were beach toys for kids. We did not bring any kids this trip. Everything is up to date. Owners are very nice to talk to. Over all very enjoyable and one of my best pick to stay.

Family Vacation

Great family vacation

Fabulous property and fabulous view! Very clean and property has all you could want or need for your vacation! Property owners are very friendly and the extra perk of having the chairs and umbrella on the beach every day was fabulous! Also, so enjoyed having private bathrooms with each bedroom!!! The list goes on!!!

Relaxing stay

Beautiful condo with all we needed. View was spectacular as the sun rose and sun set and all time in between. We like staying in the Leicke's condo because they are friendly and always make sure we are satisfied with our stay. Their condo is lovely, clean and with their new shades on the big windows I found a great place to nap!

Great week!

What a great time we had at this unit. Bob was very helpful and his communication was top notch. The condo was beautiful and all the things you could possibly need were there. The views from the oceanfront balcony were gorgeous. What a great week we had. I would come back to here year after year. One of the nicest condos we’ve ever rented.
