2025 Construction Work: The Water's Edge Homeowner's Association (HOA) is about to begin the process of repairing and waterproofing balcony walls and ceilings, painting of balcony railings, installing new support straps at each end of balcony handrails and adding new light fixtures. This process will begin on October 9, 2025 and is estimated to continue through the end of February. The process involves construction activities on the balconies of the individual units and may temporarily limit the use of some of the building's amenities and possible loss of access to the balcony. It also involves the use of loud machinery during working hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The work will begin on the 1, 2 and 3 “stack” (units ending in those numbers) and will proceed to higher numbers as each stack is completed; however, we don't know how long each stack will take or when the work will be performed on any other stacks.
