The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! ”

Lots of space, wonderfully comfortable, and exceptionally beautiful. How amazing to spend the night in such a dramatic and romantic space--highly recommend the Galleria room. ”I admit, we did miss the property as we walked past, it is an old building and has one half of a floor. The entrance is extremely secure, many doors and with local bars around you are always safe, many eyes, lol. Saying that the rooms have triple glazing, so you hear no noise from the street. Valentina the manager / owner is super friendly and very helpful, with local advice and help with booking a taxi to the airport.

”We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place.”

The breakfast was delicious.The only disappointment was the package of sandwiches to take with on our final morning. We had an early flight so we couldn't have brakfast even though it was paid. I'm sure you could have done better than 2 slices of toast!”

"The aircondition didnt work so it was hot and the air was not moving. Also the drain in bathroom was stuck so that the dirty water from toilet got up to the shower floor"
"Siivoojia kokoajan näkyvissä mut silti niin pölyistä ja hotelli on hirveässä kunnossa. Pesuaine haisi todella voimakkaasti. Ja monta kertaa kuuli Joker-elokuvan alakerran biosta. Ahdistava ja pelottava paikka ja pahin asia että löysin mahdollisesti luteen sängystä. Vaihdoin hotellia. Sinänsä ystävällistä hlökuntaa ja sijainnin vuoksi valitsin mutta virhe."
