”The receptionist was arrogant. The hotel advertises that it is pet friendly, but in reality it is not. The pet must not be left alone in the room for even a minute. An impossible equation with a pet not used to the heat of Mexico.”
”It is a lovely hotel with great staff and excellent location near the ADO bus station. A green oasis in the middle of the town. Nice Mexican breakfast made to order and served on table with good coffee and even lactose free milk. Really nice and personal stay.”

”We stayed at Terracaribe for 14 days and enjoyed every day! Hotel was cozy and very clean. Even it was raining and windy, pool and jacuzzi were secured from the heavyest wind so we were able to be outside even though the weather was bad. Staff was great and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel!

”The hotel is very comfortable and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. I would definitely recommend this place.”
”Great location downtown with amazing staff. Most of the amenities you could want are onsite including masseuse, bar, and restaurant. Anything else is a short walk, Uber, DiDi or taxi ride away. The rooms are super clean as well.”
