”The room was ok but, overall the value was not very good relative to the price. The breakfast area was not poorly lit, the OJ was watered down, the coffee was ok. I didn’t even bother with the waffle maker. The lobby smelled moldy and damp. ”

”My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it wasn't and stunk of cigarettes. When I got there I rang the doorbell to check in, after several time someone showed up and the first thing he said was do you have a reservation? The towels were thin, I had only one washcloth, and there was soap but no shampoo. The ice machine was locked. There was no breakfast, not even coffee! At 8 AM for checking out there was no one at the desk for me to drop my car off with and I was not about to leave it in...

”The check-in process was very easy. The passcode to get into the cabin was provided about two hours before check-in. Upon arrival, the cabin was very clean and stocked with necessities. I was able to keep in contact with the staff via text and they were very prompt to respond.”

”So charming! The Inn itself is nicely furnished in a cozy manner, curated with interesting collections of things and vintage or antique objects throughout. Many charming touches, like the popcorn station with flavored oils and Parmesan cheese, were a delightful surprise. The towel warmer in the bathroom was unexpected and wonderful! The breakfasts are healthy, delicious, innovative, fresh...outstanding. Our room, #8, is large, clean, has its own private entrance, and a great new shower. This B&B is located in downtown Madison in a walkable area. The house is a large, charming building constructed in 1833. Excellent accomodations. ”
