”STAY AWAY!! When we checked into this hotel at 12:20 AM and entered our room, there was coffee cup trash on the floor at the side of the bed. We went downstairs to get a room change and when checking into that room, the shower in the bathroom was dirty and has not been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk and they had us check out a third room which still was not great, but it was so late and after making phone calls to try to switch hotels, there wasnt any availability at any local...

”Front staff apathetic. The grounds were great, hotel breakfast was fine. The shower needs help in the handicap bathroom in the room we stayed in. Water everywhere. And the shampoo and conditioner where in the wrong bottles”

The second day here, the elevators did not work and was forced to take the stairs in which there were no lights and had to use my phone light to guide my way down stairs. The property was clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location right in the heart of Center City. The fruit was very old. The eggs were cold on the first day. My feet stuck to the floor in the breakfast area.The lady at the desk was wonderful when we checked in.”

”Pros: breakfast was pretty ok, but there were no apples. The eggs were really watery one morning. The a/c worked well enough but it was loud. The security guard was pretty cool. Cons: there were toenails in one of the corners of the room when we checked in. The elevators were a little questionable. When we were down by the microwave, there was a weird dizzying sensation sometimes. The road noise was terribly loud.”
