”The power in the hotel was out and I had to wear I would have downtown down in the lobby before they got the front desk came back then I get in the room there was no ice on the available to be used for my drinks then there was no remote to the TV in my room so I had to keep going back down to the front desk I will not let nobody stay at this hotel it's not a good place to stay”

”IT WAS A LOVELY HOTEL. WELL-MAINTAINED, GOOD BREAKFAST AND FRESHLY BREWED COFFEE ALL DAY LONG.”

”We booked this with the valet Parking. They dis not offer it when we arrived. Looking for parking was difficult and the closest garage is not close. Room was good... but bed looked remade and black mold in shower. We stayed here to visit an ill relative at Penn. It was graduation and all other hotels were booked. So we got what we paid for. It served its purpose. Wouldn't stay again.”

”Not exactly as advertised. "Free parking" was actually on the street and required us to park up the hill and carry our things some distance. The room was clean but consisted of a bed with little passage way around it and a tiny bathroom. Advertised self serve food was a vending machine with no food in it ! That said, the host answered my question via text very promptly which I appreciated.”
