The second day here, the elevators did not work and was forced to take the stairs in which there were no lights and had to use my phone light to guide my way down stairs. There was also no running in the entire hotel water during my stay, and towards the end of the day (a 90 degree weather day) the air conditioning in the hotel. No sorry for staff, no accommodations. ”I had written one wish to reservation prior to arrival: a non-smoking room is important (kid has astma). Arrived in the evening for 2 nights, and room stank terribly of cigarette smoke. Returned to front desk, explained situation and asked for another room. Not available. Asked for any kind of room. Not possible. Asked for cleaning staff, some spray, anything. Not available. Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...

”Room was clean, staff was friendly. We didn’t eat there but from what we saw, the restaurant must be good since it was pretty packed in there when we arrived for check in. It was convenient and a walkable distance from businesses like 7-Eleven and Shake Shack. Will definitely be back.”

”The room was good and supple clean, unlike the common and restaurant area which was always untidy and dirty, and it was because it had many people the staff just didn’t seem bothered. It was a bit of disappointment because we were really looking forward to our stay. The staff at reception was very friendly and professional, which is always good.”

”The hotel is pet friendy which is great. But on their website they dont tell you that there is a non refundable pet charge. I can see not getting it back if the pet damages the room with pet hair from shedding, or pet smell, or pet messes. But my pet doesnt shed, is trained and left no damage. In that case i believe you should get the 70 pet charge returned. The same as if adults dont damage a room, the fee is returned.”
