”A very pleasant stay in the hearth of the city. The room was lovely plus a kitchenette was a life saver during the trip. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very, very welcoming. All in all it was an excellent trip and for sure I would choose this hotel again when I’m coming back to Birmingham.”

”Good location, walking distance from the city centre and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Basic clean and condition. Thin walls could hear everything. We chose compact room but didn’t expect it to be so compact that you can shower sitting on the toilet😒 there was no room for luggage and not even a hook to hang hand towels. The air conditioning was blowing straight to bed so couldn’t keep it on and the room got really hot. They send us a message in advance about being green and we could choose not...

”Fabulous stay. Picked this hotel for location - right by the Aston Uni campus as campuses are always nice spaces, and we wanted to be able to run in the morning. Great location quiet and green spaces nearby but just a 15 min walk into bull ring. Really cool hotel, friendly staff, clean comfortable room with lovely bathroom and huge shower! Wonderful buffet breakfast - super coffee and avocado smash for toast. Parking was easy paid for on road outside, but if not car park nearby. Check in and out...

”All in all the hotel catered for all our needs, although being in a very lively area, we stayed on the 7th floor and managed to get a good nights sleep with very little noise heard from our room.
The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and bars, and is within 10mins walking distance of the shops and bullring.
The staff we interacted with were very friendly and approachable.”

”Excellent location when arriving by train. Aparthotel was nice, rooms in good condition. Lots of construction areas but no noise to rooms (surprise)!!!

"Disturbingly noisy at least during the week end nights because of the loud music coming from the neighbouring clubs and bars till early hours.
Fortunately I was not close to the ongoing renovation work of the hotel itself.
Other little flaws like non-functioning USB outlet and lightning, too.
Kind cleaning staff and some receptionists, however majority of people at the reception did not seem to be able to communicate neither with guests nor between themselves. Their stubbornly quiet way of working without speaking and just leaving the customer was embarrasing."
"Air conditioning was placed directly above the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Double bed was very narrow for two people. No refrigerator. Front door didn't open during the daytime."

Ilmanvaihtokone oli täysin tukossa liasta, eikä todennäköisesti huollettu koskaan. Huoneessa myös lenteli jonkinlaisia hyönteisiä. Pinttynyt lika näkyi kaikkialla.
