Mwabungo Hotellit

”Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid”

”It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.”

”The hotel is amazing. The staff were the best, made us feel like we were at home and always went above and beyond with our requests. The food was delicious, specially on Wednesdays and Saturdays which was Swahili Night.Just would like to see more fruit variety at breakfast because you have delicious fruit in Diani. Only thing to point is the room attendant, which by the way was good but just needs to pay more attention to details when cleaning the bathroom…Overall we had an amazing experience and...

”So great we came back a few days after checking out - just had to come back!”

”Very suitable for families, with a great host.”

”Muy buen trato y muy confortable!”

”Really, really lovely space. Although the Wi-Fi isn’t as strong in the rooms, it keeps dropping. But apart from that, everything is 5-star.”

”The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily...

”For the price it was an okay stay, rooms are clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, in the restaurant we did not always get what we ordered and at the end of our stay they wanted to charge us additionally. The staff tried to make us to resolve the matter and seemed uncaring for the whole situation. Which ended with an long and annoying conversation.”

”Perfect small boutique style hotel with very spatious rooms and friendly and lovely staff”

”Excellent stay, only negative thing is the full board.”

”With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced. We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine...

”Meget behjelpelige personal. Vær forsiktig med å spise i uteområdene på hotellet, da apekatter kan stjele maten.”
