”I was able to get very early (free) check-in and also late check-out. the hotel has a great and long history and it locates in fabulous and busy area in Stone Town. easy to find! many restaurants nearby, also only just 200 m to the beach. no place for parking nearby! The room was too huge for me actually, so it was even hard to see TV from the other end of the room. (not complaining at all about that!) clean toilet! great and changing breakfast, lovely service in every aspect. Somehow it was...

”The hotel is ok, location is quite good, although not directly accessible by car. Clean and nice rooms with good air conditioning. Our room was quite small, but there were bigger ones. Unfortunately, some of the staff members were quite rude. The pool could be better. ”

”This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. ”Please make sure you read fine prints with lodge. I was told one thing from staff about airport transportation then another via fine prints. Luckily I had a hired driver to accommodate to follow through with consistent services provided ”
