Rental Rules:
The arrival time is from 15:00. The departure time is before 11.00 a.m.
Late check out, from 11:00 to 18:00 pm; 50% extra charge on the daily rate. After 18:00 pm, 100% extra charge on the daily rate.
Rates Include: all taxes, daily cleaning services (change of linens twice a week), pool care, luxury amenities.
Excluded charges: Summer-Climate Resilience Tax: 10 euro per night, to be settled either upon booking
confirmation, or in cash before check-out.

Extra cost to be paid on site:
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay.
