”The view was amazing, we were on the top floor. We got breakfast included and it the vouchers were always ready for us in the morning. The only thing my husband didn’t like is the key system because you leave the key at the front desk but he didn’t feel it was safe because he felt anyone could just walk up and say they are in our room, they didn’t validate that the key was ours. BUT besides that the room was lovely, staff were friendly and we had a blast! ”

”Surfari was a great place to stay. The breakfast was really good and we slept well as there was not that much noises from the streets (sometimes heavy rain, barking dogs or a rooster crowning woke us up). The staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were very basic, quite small, but clean and hot water in the shower was a great value. There were 2 kitchens where you can prepare your own meals with lots of kitchen equipments.”

”A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc.”

”Great location in Bocas town, walkable, food and vibes all around and easy access to water taxis and walkable to the airport too. Hotel was clean, the wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Friendly staff too! ”

”Apartment was huge and had everything we needed. Close to all the restaurants and shops but not right in the middle of it (so quiet) - very close to the little airport The owners were great and very helpful - spoke great English and even popped my microwave popcorn in their personal microwave!”

”We stayed two nights at Colibri in February. The place is nicely designed, so that all the cabins have patios directly towards the sea. We had the second cabin counting from the beach, and the passing motorboats didn't disturb us at all, which might be the case with the last one. The bathrooms are nice and clean, and you get hot water. You have sun on the front patio till the mid afternoon and you can even have a swim from the last two cabins where the water is a bit deeper. ”Fantastic stay. Clean rooms, beautiful property, great service, good food and cocktails, excellent front of house staff for arranging transportation. The views from the main restaurant, beach bar and ocean front room, were well worth it. Watching the surfers was very entertaining. Staff went above and beyond, including making sure we caught our water taxi and driver, to organizing a tv to watch the Super Bowl. The only caution would be that the hotel is out of the action.
