The primary bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and access to the oceanfront balcony. Watch the sun rise out of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of your bed! The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin top and full bottom. All beds feature Novaform medium firm mattresses in both bedrooms. The hallway bathroom is just steps away from the second bedroom and living areas and features a beautiful tile shower with large bathtub, great for kids! The living room has a sleeper sofa and offers additional space for larger families. The open concept kitchen offers inside dining seating for 7, the dining table seats 4 with an additional 3 seats at the countertop bar. Beach House is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with not only direct ocean front views, but units with side ocean views and pool views. Enjoy an oceanside outdoor pool that is open from Easter – October 1. Soak up the sun on the complex's sundeck or step right down to the sandy beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Unit amenities vary and for your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on site. This is a Non-Smoking unit. There is no elevator at Beach House. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats, trailers, and pets are not permitted.
