You will receive the condo unit number and door access code upon the morning of your arrival! The entire condo and balcony are yours to enjoy! Also you will have unrestricted access to ALL the numerous onsite amenities!!!



Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on property.



2 Parking Spaces are allotted to each unit, there are additional visitor parking spots available as well!

1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself



2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
