*parking available with parking pass

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Coin operated laundry room available on the lobby level.

*Gym located on lobby level.



The Neighborhood:

Overlookin the beach , this high-rise condo building, 1.8 miles from the airport and 2 miles from boardwalk and all attractions.

Car, taxi, Uber



Other Things to Note:

*condo is on 8th floor. children and infants are in parents responsibility.

*Only initial amount of toiletries to get you started and you should bring your own if extra needed.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
