Disappointed
The house is in an excellent location, we enjoyed fishing off the dock. Neighborhood is peaceful area. However home needs more basic items. We stayed for 11 nights for Christmas so there were a few days that we wanted to cook and have family dinner However the kitchen was very unorganized, they had not enough utensils or pans to cook. There were only 2 knives, one so small and the other one was broken. All the 3 pans were so old that and rusty. The coffee maker was rusty and didn't work, they had no big pans to cook. The oven and stove were so dirty, no cleaning in the kitchen area seemed to be done before we arrived. Not to mentioned there were all dead roaches in each entrance of the home. And in the living room the two slide doors would enter water when it rain. That was for 2 days that we had a storm, and we had to clean and get the water out every time it rain. Under the sofas was dust and trash. The house was not cleaned at all when we arrived. The two big fans in the living room had so much dust on them. Also not enough towels and the ones they had were so old. So very disappointing. Of course I called the Agency and complained. They brought me some new pans and utensils the next day but its so sad that this is a beautiful house in a beautiful location but someone is not doing their job in giving a good maintenance. So we definitely didn't get what we paid for.
