Brand new 55” smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and sink with granite countertops. Also a Keurig and complimentary coffee to enjoy during your stay. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed with duvet and quilt. There is a new 55” SMART tv and also a desk work space overlooking the ocean views. The bathroom features a tub/ shower combo and vanity sink. The living room has a Murphy bed and sofa bed both double/ full size mattress. Also a brand NEW smart tv. The dining area has seating for 4. The outside balcony has chairs and tables with views for days! The Patricia Grand boasts all the water amenities featuring a heated outdoor oceanfront pool, indoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs and kiddie pool. The on-site dining features breakfast buffets and evening dining at the oceanfront Indigo Coastal Kitchen. The Coast public bus transport is available too.

The pet fee is $75 per pet. Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky are not permitted
