”Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. The room was smelly and there was no hot water. Staff acts oblivious to any issue if...

”4 nights business trip and I was appalled by the level of cleanliness at this facility. Dirt on the floor, walls and every surface imaginable. Sheets were also covered partially with old stains and I did not dare to walk barefoot in the room at all. The lobby and common areas were full of strong chemical smell, maybe to cover some other smell, who knows. The gym was said to be "broken". Take my word for it, there are other and much cleaner and more comfortable places to stay in Mangalore.”

”The location was fantastic, the property was gorgeous but still undergoing some enhacements in landscaping, etc. that causes to put a little bit of a damper in privacy during stay. But the staff was very helpful, especially the restaurant staff, starting from their Executive Chef Siva who was very helpful in recommending food and customizing as needed, alongwith all his wait staff. All in all a great stay, and once the palce is fully done will be a one-of-a-kind in the coastal karnatake region.”
