”Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. Grand and found it did not have sufficient ameneties in the room and booked at Vivanta for the second night of our stay in Mangalore. Really happy we made the switch! ”4 nights business trip and I was appalled by the level of cleanliness at this facility. Dirt on the floor, walls and every surface imaginable. Sheets were also covered partially with old stains and I did not dare to walk barefoot in the room at all. The lobby and common areas were full of strong chemical smell, maybe to cover some other smell, who knows. The gym was said to be "broken". Take my word for it, there are other and much cleaner and more comfortable places to stay in Mangalore.”
