Very picturesque views pf the farming community around, and he Nausori Highlands. However, the phone at my room was not working, and there was shoddy wiring all throughout the room, with power outlets that were improperly installed. I had to obtain the room service menu from the front desk as the phone did not work, and i had to order our food at the restaurant, which was very inconvenient. However, the staff were very pleasant amidst all this, and the food, although still leaving a lot to be desired, was delicious and filling.

We stayed here while on a volunteer trip in Fiji looking for a getaway on the weekend and when we arrived there were ants on the bed and the pillows were dirty but they moved us rooms and everything got better from there on out but we were the only ones staying in the hotel so I don’t quite understand how we got put in an unclean room

room cleaning is terrible every where bird poop, bathroom hand shower was broken, nice place with excellent views. extremely disappointing cleaning of the hotel.

Once we reach to our room the room was not really bed got no sheets the there was blood spots and bathroom was so dirty no towels even we called and asked for towels still no one bring it.

After seeing the distance, I decided not to stay at this hotel. The rating is not comparable to the good hotel with easy access to/from the airport. No store around. No breakfast included. Road to/from hotel is well under developed. Not recommended.

Absolutey filthy and terrible accommodations in Nadi. Stay somewhere else. Unclean room, bugs, mildew and mold in bathroom. Terrible.

Unpleasant stay
This resort is lacking so much. The service, food, cleaniness, beddings etc. They need a very good management to train and guide their staff. Our pillow covers looked dirty like it was not white. Beds are very low and not enough beddings for comfort. There is no lift so potters too struggle to carry the bags upstaris. Staff communation with guests is very poor. Not much choice for breakfast.

Unfortunately this property can only be recommended as a pre-airport departure sleepover. Location is less than 10mins to the airport (awesome) but in an isolated farming area. It looks like a converted convention centre, big pool. Rooms are spacious (good for repacking) but run down. First room had no towels, no hot water, the fire alarm covered in plastic with a dead cockroach hanging from it, and a safety barrier around the patio. Second room had barely any hot water, but we figured it must be the whole operation of the hot water in the building by then. Eat before you arrive. Dinner is offerred on 3 sad and lonely conference tables outside, or an enclosed dining area devoid of music, people or any appealing atmosphere at all. The food was truly terrible, and took forever to arrive. There were only four guests dining at the time. The structure for a great experience is there, but the staff are either not interested and/or untrained in developing and delivering a great visitor experience.

It was really hard driving to the property tons of potholes, dangerous bridges, no lights when it gets dark. There was no wifi or tv working in the rooms which was a bummer as there website says there is why I booked there.

Very mouldy Bathrooms. Sink surrounding has ingrown mould in the silicone and stone benches. Very poor ventilation and Air conditioning. Drips water on floors and floors are very slippery. The swimming pool was green and algae ridden. The room menu was not available as there wasn’t any staff to facilitate this. The bar staff were so unprofessional and did not know their job. Overall it’s a nice quiet place but the rooms are very average. I would never recommend nor ever go back.

I regret not reading the previous reviews before booking this accomodation! This hotel seems to be short staffed and in need of a revamp and maintenance. I stayed there with my partner for 2 nights in a king room. Which was not at all a compfortable stay Rooms - when we walked in the room it seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned. There was stains in the toilet and hair in the sink and water near -one of the glasses in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as it was sticky and had an ant in it. - we were given x2 towels from one of the staff - there was no hand towel, face cloth or bath mat and has to ask reception for a bath mat. - the aircon was leaking water near the tv and PowerPoints -told reception and and they said they would get maintenance to look at it. -came back to the room and it was still dripping water. -the tv also had no remote and asked reception for one and they said maintenance will be up to deliver one but they didn’t come. - the next day maintenance came to look at the tv because it wasn’t working, they brought the remote. And ended up changing the tv twice as they couldn’t programme the channels to the tv. -we spoke to the maintenance guy about the air con dripping and they said it was because we had the curtain open that’s why it was dripping. Even though there was stains on the wall from it leaking previously. -the staff ended up moving us to a new room because it was a hazard. - the new room was pretty much the same.

Beds were comfy, swimming pool was marvellous, friendly frogs and staff were very friendly, excellent service and restaurant food was good delicious for $20 totally enjoyed our stay will definitely be back.

We got sssigned the last and furthest neglected room even after advising the reception of my health condition. It seems to me that booking rooms via Hotels.com customers are not treated fairly especially being of local origin, priority rooms are given to Caucasians and this has happened to me 3 times at this and at other hotels on numerous visits. Definitely not returning .

Good for money, dont take kids along
Breakfast and restaurant food is good, staff are very helpful. Rooms specially bathroom design is not good, water doesn't go out in sink, swimming pool is not to be used as the water is not recycled and hence not clean, bit far from city and restaurant closes at 10pm, so u will not have anything to eat if u feel hungry at night. Overall good for price and single travellers, not recommended for kids as nothing much to do .

The resort itself was lovely with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I cannot fault them and the location was stunning. The only downside is the noise! Local dogs barked ALL night, every night. Not the fault of the resort but I had a terrible time trying to sleep so not as restful as I would like. If, like me, you're a light sleeper, you may wish to bear this in mind. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this resort.

We arriver at the airport. Someone from the hotel should had been there. But unfortunately no one was waiting for us. We asked someone to call the hotel to send us a driver. And after 1 h someone finally arrived. When we checked in at the hotel. No one helped us to carry our bag. No one say hello to us. And No apologise was made about the airport pick up. The receptionist was very unhelpful and barely talked to us. The room was very noisy. And the sink was stuck The pool was disgusting The free breakfast is very bad We ordered a fresh pineapple juice ... and when we get it. We noticed that the juice came from a bottle. We asked the person at the bar and she said that the juice is fresh. And when we asked to make another one she said. Oh sorry its only in bottle ...

Indians are absolutely fake working there. They charge double for transport, tours, etc. The Fijians are kind and helped us get better rates on transport. I would suggest a closer stay towards the city as everything from this hotel is 30mins or more...
