”We've been staying at this hotel since 2015. But every time, the quality of everything seems to go down. This year was the last straw. You'll pay for the view, but that's about it. The cleaning staff left trash inside our bathroom. We could just feel they don't want to do their job, even after I tipped them. The breakfast (not free) was like chewing on cardboard. ”Great clean and by beach”

”The facility is very nice, the room clean. Staff member Ms. Karina is WONDERFUL, very professional and helpful. We booked a king with sleeper sofa. We arrived after 8pm. No access to sheets for the sleep sofa. No access to towels. Next morning my child, went to reception & asked for towels, he was lectured by staff member "Ms. M" about not using towels at the beach. He informed her we had our own beach towels. Ms. M, need serious training in customer services & customer recovery...

”When we checked in the elevator was out of service and the desk clerk was very helpful in moving us to a first floor room. The breakfast offering was good and as stated on the website; bagels and other easy breakfast items. It appears that the facility is still undergoing renovations, our shower had unfinished edges but it was clean and great water pressure and hot water.”

”My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained from the moment we arrived. The grounds were beautiful, clean, and had so much outdoor space to enjoy. We loved being able to walk around, take in the scenery, and use the bikes available to ride around Manteo! It was such a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. Every staff member greeted us and was so welcoming. We especially want to shoutout the staff member who was working Friday morning (7/17)....

”Oksana and Mike were wonderful host with communication and information. There was a parking issue when we arrived cause others parked incorrectly and they were quick to get things fixed and had everything all set up for snacks and drinks. We stayed in Suite 4 and had perfect view of the beach and could be on the sand within minutes. The whole house is immaculate and everyone was so kind that we ran into who was also staying. 10/10 because I initially wanted to save some and get a hotel but so...
