Helpful staff. - few steps away from the beach. - big and spacious rooms with a separate sitout/living. - free breakfast, parking and wifi Bad: - the floors below 3rd floor dont really have any ocean views. U need to take higher floors for a good view of the beach and the ocean. Else u get partial view of the ocean and see a lot of sand mounds view blocking the beach.”

”I was put in a stinky dirty 1st floor room 2 queen. When I asked to be moved they put me in a king size room and I had to pay for a cot. I will not be going back. The rugs are gross, The first room I was put in smelt like poop. I bought Lysol but it did not help at all”

”The hotel is extremely outdated. The noise is awful. Rooms are damp. Rooms not cleaned until late in the evening so when we returned from the beach we weren’t able to shower until they showed up.. always after 4:00. When I spoke to the manager it did not go well. I do not recommend.”

”This hotel was a nice find, excellent quality for the price. The building is a bit run down outside, but we were there off-season and it seemed there was a lot of maintenance going on. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. They even served a breakfast, which was adequate. The location is wonderful, right next to the beach!”

”Adorable inn right on the water. Staff was super friendly! It’s an older building so there’s some reasonable “character” here and there but overall you can see it’s a well cared for. Its location is wonderful and we would definitely stay again!”
