TÀmÀ on yksi kahdesta ÀskettÀin uusituista moderneista ja ylellisistÀ huoneistoista, joissa on tilava avoin oleskelutila, jossa ylellinen tÀysin varustettu keittiö, ranskalaisella ovella, joka johtaa yksityiseen terasseille, josta on nÀkymÀt puutarhaan, jossa voit rentoutua aamiaisen yli tai katsella auringonlaskua lasillisella viiniÀ. Olohuoneen ulkopuolella on hyvÀn kokoinen makuuhuone, joka voidaan mÀÀrittÀÀ erillisiksi vuoteiksi tai super-king double -vuodeksi. Vaatekaappitilaa ja -laatikoita on enemmÀn kuin riittÀvÀsti, ja siellÀ on ylellinen kylpyhuone suihkuhuone. Kaikki tuoreet pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet toimitetaan yhdessÀ shampoon, suihkugeelin jne. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, joka on ihanteellinen lapsille. Huomaa, ettÀ tÀmÀ on 3/4-kokoinen parivuode eikÀ sovi kahdelle aikuiselle. KeittiössÀ on tÀysin varustettu uuni ja liesi, jÀÀkaappi / pakastin, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin jne. Jokaisessa huoneessa on taulutelevisio ja DVD. Talossa on kaksi kuumailmapuhdistusainetta vieraiden kÀyttöön. SiellÀ on myös iso erillinen oleskelutila, jossa vieraat voivat rentoutua ja katsella 3D-elokuvia tai pelata nÀppÀimistöÀ tai kitaravalintaa halutessaan. Ilmainen WiFi
Molemmissa huoneistoissa on tÀysi keskuslÀmmitys ja ne soveltuvat sekÀ kesÀ- ettÀ talviominaisuuksiin. Jokaisella huoneistolla on oma sisÀÀnkÀynti. Liite on liitetty omistajataloon ja Leslie antaa mielellÀÀn paikallisen tietonsa ja neuvoja parhaista vierailukohdista sekÀ paikallisista ravintoloista jne. Tarvittaessa Leslie ottaa mielellÀÀn vieraita pÀivÀretkille lÀhiympÀristölle, jos he haluavat levÀtÀ ajosta. MeillÀ on polkupyöriÀ, joilla voit kiertÀÀ ympÀri tai tutustua kauemmaksi, jos haluat.

Fantastic stay in Nairn

We couldn't have been more pleased with the Annex unit number 1. Everything was clean and our hosts were very friendly and accessible. Everything we could have possibly wanted for a 4 day stay was provided. Our host (Leslie) even went to the effort of adding some kitchen staples for us milk, eggs, bacon, breads, fruit). On top of that he also recognized our anniversary with a very nice card and bottle of champagne. So very unexpected but very appreciated. I strongly recommend this facility for your next stay around Inverness or Culloden. Thanks Leslie !!!!

Cozy apartment with minor restrictions

A somewhat outdated (recently renovated ??!) apartment, which is rented and managed by a friendly older gentleman. The cozy two-room apartment with a small, separate bathroom contains everything you could expect to cope with everyday life, although preparing extensive meals is difficult or impossible because some kitchen appliances are missing. Even if the existing ones are of poor quality and some are not usable (pans), you can still prepare simpler dishes without any problems. Fortunately, and in keeping with British-Scottish politeness, some basic food items were already available (coffee, bread, bacon, eggs), so no additional effort was necessary on the day of arrival. The apartment was clean, but not pure: there is a need for minor improvement in many corners, starting with the moldy corners of the bathroom, a missing wardrobe, and squeaky door latches. Also not so convincing was the fact that the owner apparently entered the apartment several times while we were away - without asking first. Nevertheless, a beautiful garden, a wooden terrace - also a bit outdated - and the silence of the apartment were good. In connection with the extensive tourist offer and the massive effort that the owner had put into the apartment and the various, self-created brochures for tours in the area, it is still a total of 4 stars.

Second time there!

We stayed here 5 years ago and returned. I think that says a lot :). The Annex is in a perfect little spot, and has everything we need. Bed is comfy, space is cozy, and feels like home. Besides the conveniences, Leslie is amazing. Great communication, willing to help with whatever you need. And had some items for breakfast there!
 which was wonderful after a late night arrival. He is honestly just a wonderful man, and this time was hard to leave! He has become like family. I hope we can return soon.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und bietet grundsĂ€tzlich alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nairn ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, die am Meer einen wunderschönen Sandstrand bietet. Nairn ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Tagestrips in Richtung Highlands.

Perfect location

My daughter & 16 yr old granddaughter & I are from the US. We wanted to see some of the Scottish Highlands so decided to travel as far as the trains from London would take us which was this enchanting small town of Nairn. Our host Leslie was more than accommodating and his apartment kitchen was complete with everything we needed to cook for ourselves including plenty of breakfast food with the best fresh eggs. Be sure you take advantage of the town’s beach. My daughter lives near the beach in FL & found this one most attractive. We recommend making reservations at Golf View Hotel’s lovely restaurant for dinner one evening. Great food & beautiful sunsets off the beach. We hope to come back one day

First impression is that the owner needs to engage help as it needs a good deep clean throughout Far too much artificial /real plants and ornaments add to the huge amount of clutter in guest sitting room of property which needs a major update. Items in flat look and feel very old and over used. His keenness to please is charming but no answer to poor standards.
