Had a nice stay at the hotel, quite area staff very helpful, would be better to have had a smart TV in the room as the reception for normal channels not great.

Not very well maintained
The hotel is in a nice area, Westland but the seems not very well maintained. The wifi was quite slow and the shower hose had limescale and the water rums on the side.

this is the 4th time I and my small 501c medical team has stayed here. Its been 4 years and unfortunately, although hotel is clean, a lot of general upkeep has not been maintained. for instance broken window locks, deteriorating shower door gaskets, soap scum at bottom of shower glass( could easily be removed with a razor scraper) Some room refrigerators work some do not. The staff is great, the breakfast buffet is very good, the rooftop restaurant, bar is a plus although sometimes service is a bit slow. Minor point but The Nation or the Standard in the lobby news rack would be nice. Probably will stay here again.

We had comfortable stay at Le Maison Royale however we felt the hotel is looking a bit neglected, possibly due to covid. Our room was a very long way from reception and quite complicated to get to (2 elevators and numerous corridors). We got used to this though, however and did not request a room change. Pros: *Staff were friendly and helpful *Room was big, air-conditioned and kept clean enough *Location was close to everything you need in westlands Cons *Hotel felt neglected and tired *Food was not great - breakfast was very underwhelming and on our last day we actually went out to eat so we didn’t have to eat the breakfast. *laundry service does not run on Mondays…we arrived back from safari on Sunday night and wanted desperately to have our clothes washed however couldn’t until Tuesday morning, having them returned early Wednesday morning. All in all we had a fine stay at Le Maison but probably wouldn’t return.

Decoração intrigante
Um bom lugar com pessoas delicadas no atendimento, localização ok, perto do museu nacional e de um shopping. O café da manhã é regular, a roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. A decoração e arquitetura não são comuns, parecem pretender um luxo antigo. Mas em comparação, é bastante satisfatório. O preço é muito bom!

I enjoyed my stay there. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I checked into the hotel where I was vs me having to go across town to where I mistakenly booked the room. The food was excellent, and the staff was even better.

The restaurant was pleasant on the 5th floor, however, half the items on the menu were unavailable which was disappointing. This extended to the availability of drinks and beers which kept running out. bedroom was good, comfy bed and great shower

Exceptional Service by staff, Front Desk friendly and welcoming, Room is large and specious. Breakfast buffet healthy, The only disappointment was the gym which had old treadmill that hardly worked and seemed unused or maintained.
