Businesshotellit - Nairobi, Kiambu County

”Highly recommended. Extremely helpful staff, very comfortable room and the grounds and garden are beautiful. There is a large pool and lots of places to relax in the gardens and several different restaurants to choose from. The airport transfer service was also excellent and waited for me despite my flight being very late.”

”A+. Will stay here again!”

”Yövyimme 4 yötä”

”Easy to reach and near the center. ”

”Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotelli on aivan keskustassa eli hotellilta pääsi nopeasti vierailemaan eri paikoissa. Ääntä kuului jonkun verran huoneeseen ulkoa. Katolla oli kiva, lämmitetty ulkoallas. Pidimme myös hotellin ravintoloista. ”

”The hotel was clearly overpriced. With over 200 €/ night one would for eaxample suppose that breakfast were included. The price of breakfast is ludicrous (over 30/person) With this kind of prices the rooms should be less timeworn.”

”Very good location. Convenient. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to Kenya national museum. I would go there again, especially if I planing stay overnight before I go to Masai Mara. ”

”Asante And Naomi were helpful. The apartment is lovely and well presented. Out of 30 properties i have stayed at in Kenya, this is highly ranked. The price is very reasonable to what you get. ”

”Nice and clean hotel with very nice and peacefull enviroment. Very friendly people.”

”Had to wait because room was not yet ready even after check-in time! Then room was full of mosquitoes and not properly cleaned because the windows stayed open. Had to be moved to a different room with less amenities for the stay. Lack of communication between staff as they change shifts so we had to pay twice for a late check-out. Could not work that day because of the back and forth. Still waiting for the refund of the double late checkout fee payment.”

”We loved our 5 day stay here. Our “lodge” overlooked the river gorge with the lovely sound of the river and views of the National Park. The gardens are stunning, like being in Kew Gardens. Staff were attentive. The food in the dining room was elaborate and flavourful - with lots of choice at the buffet. We would not hesitate to recommend nor return for another visit.”

”This must be the worst of the big hotels in Nairobi. The service is slow but the staff manages to be inquisitive in all the wrong ways, ringing the bell at strange times etc. I was being called harsh in swahili (I guess I wasn’t supposed to know) when I had to correct them the room was booked for two, just like the ebookers app showed. I don’t like to complain but Nairobi is mostly a welcoming place so you can easily find a better hotel in the area.”

”Showers and Kitchen”

”Hotelli kävelymatkan päässä kaupoissa ja ostoskeskusten lähellä.”
